Having chosen a property, either an old one to renovate or a ruin to demolish and rebuild, our Project Management Team will hold your hand from the first visit to the Architect to the handing over of the keys. We use only licenced architects and builders who have already been, ”tried and tested” and will meet the standards you require at a price you can afford.
Our Project Management Team will arrange inspection visits, quotations for any extras that you may later decide on, help you choose bathrooms, kitchens and tiling, etc.
We arrange comprehensive tender documents to ensure accurate and meaningful quotations, we also arrange your building contract for the building work and will liaise with your solicitor over all issues. You will receive progress reports and photographs of the project to keep you up to date on all aspects from the planning stages to the finished house.
